This issue only affects voicemail drops uploaded this morning. We are working with the affected accounts to re-process the relevant drop files, and thus closing this broader incident report.
We are currently investigating an error where leaving a voicemail through voicemail drop will display an error, and the drop will not work.
We have identified the issue that causes imports to stop after the first 200 records are imported. A fix is underway.
We are currently investigating an increased ratio of failed calls on the platform.
We have applied a fix and are monitoring the systems to ensure everything is running as expected.
Most failing routes has been patched but we need to do some more work to have the system fully patched and stable.
We are currently investigating an elevated number of routing errors where calls are dropped due to "No valid routes found for call by peer".
We are having connection issues to a server running background jobs, which affects report generation, list metrics, timer editing and several other aspects of the UI. We are currently investigating this incident.
