We had a deployment conducted at this time by mistake that created too much load on the database for a few minutes. The deployment has been completed and All systems are back to operational.
We are currently investigating this issue.
This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
A hotfix created a new problem where the dialler would crash and require reloading the page when action buttons were used with a call still active. Another fix is being deployed now.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
A sudden spike in traffic overwhelmed our servers and even the autoscaling. We're looking into improving the autoscaler as systems seem to be getting back up.
We are currently having issues creating resources through our Voice associates' API. New accounts won't have Voice enabled, and multiple customers have reported errors when trying to create new virtual numbers.
