All systems are reported operational again from our infrastructure provider, and we are currently monitoring the result.

A fault on a cloud node at our infrastructure provider has caused our search server to become unresponsive. Our infrastructure provider is aware of the issue and has people working to solve it.

The cause has been identified, and a fix is being implemented.

The problem is true for users logging in with their Microsoft account, too.

Our carrier had sporadic problems with their POP in Belgium, the issue was coming and going from 10:50 to around 11:30.
In that period some calls where failing with error 500. This issue should be resolved now, but we will keep monitoring the situation.
