This incident has been resolved.
The load was caused by a database migration that has now ended. We are monitoring as response times return to normal.
We are experiencing a heavy database load and looking into the issue.
We are continuing to monitor as platform error levels and response times are returning to normal.
We are restarting web instances and performing an upgrade of the Redis instance capacity to meet increased demand.
We are currently looking into degraded performance, likely related to an issue with our Redis instance.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
We are currently investigating what seem to be longer response times and timeouts to underlying services.
