    An update to Myphoner was completed today which caused the dialer within the app to no longer render. We have rolled back the update in order to ensure full operation. The issue was prevalent for less than 1 full hour.

    All systems have been operational for more than 30 minutes after we increased resources. This incident is closed, but we will continue to monitor and pinpoint the threshold adjustments we need to make for improving our autoscaling.

Disconnected Calls - Causing no calls to connect

    Our VoIP partner is experienced problems with their SIP server which is causing new calls not to be connected. Thus calls are failing with "call failed" error within the dialer. The issue was found and resolved, it lasted for less than 30 minutes. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
