This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
A hotfix created a new problem where the dialler would crash and require reloading the page when action buttons were used with a call still active. Another fix is being deployed now.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
A sudden spike in traffic overwhelmed our servers and even the autoscaling. We're looking into improving the autoscaler as systems seem to be getting back up.
We are currently investigating this issue.
We are currently having issues creating resources through our Voice associates' API. New accounts won't have Voice enabled, and multiple customers have reported errors when trying to create new virtual numbers.
We are currently looking into an issue where it's not possible to log in using the smartphone app.
We're still seeing issues with a buildup of SIP channels resulting in 403 errors.
We've identified a buildup of channels on one of our voice servers. We've removed the excess channels and are monitoring the situation.
Some users are reporting a problem where they can't initiate calls, getting the error message "403 no more channels allowed for sip account" - we're investigating the issue.
